| We are an established call centre that has been operating in Melbourne for the last 10 years. Our current clients are some of the biggest brand names in the Australian market. Due to increasing client requirements, our company has expanded operations and has acquired a new office space on the same floor with a 50-seat capacity. |
| |
| We have campaigns and clients for all personalities, starting with Holidays, ISPs (Internet Service Providers), Utilities, Finance, Telecommunications and even appointment generation for government-sanctioned initiatives plus a lot more. |
| |
| You will mainly be making outbound calls, which involves warm calling to existing customers along with blended inbound calls. We also conduct market research. |
| |
| Experience is preferred but not necessary since detailed paid training is provided at our office. This involves product knowledge, sales training along with system training. |
| |
| You will be paid on a weekly basis with base wages starting from $18.50 per hour. |
| |
| You will also given the opportunity of having an uncapped commission structure on top of your base wage!! |
| |
| Our current requirements are as follows: |
Morning Shifts: 9:00am- 5:00pm Monday- Friday
Afternoon Shifts: 12:00 noon - 8:00pm Monday- Friday
